The City of Fresno, California and Fresno Parks & Recreation (PARCS) just announced their fee-waiver program for city-sponsored sports via #MeasureP. The program allows for a 75% price reduction for families with a household income less than 150% of the federal poverty level. So for a family of 5, this is a household income of $52,700 or less per year. We have heard great things about these program and are so happy that more families can access youth sports.
Most importantly, they offer soccer for kids age 3-6! What a great introduction to our favorite sport!
